Public Input into the City's Budget Process

The City Council Budget and Finance Committee is continuing its budget workshops over the next week.

Each night after the departmental presentations and discussions there is a period for Public Comment.

Any citizen can make verbal comment then.

The Mayor's Proposed FY 2011 Budget is available on the City's website at http://nbpt.us/budget2011.html

Click on the "Full Budget Narratives with Departmental Information" link for details on each department's mission, goals and objectives, and staffing.

The City Council will make its decisions in early June.
